On 24 Feb. 18, 1913 we the undersigned have buried in the cemetery Saint Michel, the body of Addie Smith (Smith crosses out and the notation "M" meaning margin is inserted, so the name McAllister would have been her surname), aged 81 years, wife of Lewis Smith, died at the hospice of Sacred Heart of this parish. Witness was George Johnston, Rosario Darche, and Forrest Lord who have signed.
