Do you know if you have a Charles McAllister who married Mary Ann Stewart in your line?

Fairly recently I had contact from someone in Glasgow who had these folks as his ancestors. I believe they were born pre 1820, but not exactly sure. They were born in Co. Antrim, Ireland, but moved to Scotland. Their son, Robert McAllister, married Margaret McKernan/McKiernan, born Ballycastle district, Co. Antrim, Ireland. My paternal grandfather was Margaret's brother, Charles McKernan/McKiernan, b. 1847. This Charles married Mary McAllister in 1881 in Culfreightrin RC Parish, Co. Antrim. These folks are my paternal grandparents. I'm trying to establish if Robert McAllister and Mary McAllister were siblings, children of Charles McAllister and Mary Ann Stewart. Could your Elizabeth McAllister be another one of their children?
