I'm looking for information on William and Elphias Mc Alister and their relationship, in the Township of Dover, AR during the Civil War. Mainly are known records for William. I'm trying to figure out what the bad blood was between the Mc Alister's and Cloud/Osborne, Mc Coy and Bookout Families.
