There is a photo and details of a document dated 23 September 1905 on http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm (use surname search)reciting that John McAlister died in 1885 leaving a Will in which he gave leasehold property in Penzance to Bridget Woodman for her lifetime and then to her son John Woodman.
