Volume II: Deed Books G-K 1769-1811: Volume K, p. 95-95,
"Elizabeth Tate Of Union District for love, affection...to my children: Wm Tate, Jesse, Tate, James Tate, Sally Clark, Eliz'h Arnold, Polly Bridges & Luch Lefever & Delilah McAfee....Sept 1890.

Volume III: Deed Books L-P 1770-1820: Deed of Moses Morgan of Union District to James McDanold (the spelling) and one of the witnesses: Robert McAfee.

Volume V: 1778-1835: Book W, p. 292: ...John McAfee, one of justices of Inferior Court, certified that J.B. Nichols is clerk of court 17 July 1834. Recorded September 4, 1834.
