As far as a coat of arms goes, I'm not sure that the McAdams family has an official one. There are a bunch of sites out there that purport to have the "official" one...but from what I've seen, they're all blowing hot air.
.
I have a copy of P.W. Joyce's Atlas and Cyclopedia of Ireland (1900), and while there are 480 different coats of arms listed/shown in the book, there is no coat listed for McAdams. This makes sense, considering that McAdams is originally of Scottish origin...but as far as I know, I've never seen a reliable source that showed a Scottish coat of arms for them either.
.
From the sources I've read, the McAdams surname isn't traceable much past the 16th century. It's entirely possible that because they weren't a historically landed and established clan, that they never had an official coat.
Your best bet would be to see if the McAdams family of Waterhead might have had one.

Hope this helps.
