My father passed away in Florida on February 20, 1993. He was born November 11, 1913 in Rudolowice, Poland. Parents were Thomas Mazur and Agnes Nowak.
Stanley was a Captain in the Polish Army Artillary and captured in 1939, spending the next 4-5 years in Prisoner of war camp he later escaped; fought out of Italy and ended up in England. Following the war, Stanley moved to Canada and married Elizabeth Mydlak also from Poland. Lived in Montreal initially, then Windsor, Detroit and last in Florida.
Appreciate hearing from anyone who may have any information with my father's family.
