I think I have the information you want. Everything matches your information. His name was Thomas Martin Mayor, 1816-1881. Heirs were:
Joseph Thomas, 1848
Thomas Frederick, 1850
John Hollings, 1852
Anne, 1854
Harry, 1860

He was a doctor of chemistry, more commonly known as an apothecary or druggist.

Immigrated to Toronto in 1854. Settled on Big Bay Point Rd. near Lake Simcoe in Innisfil Township, Ontario. Home still exists on south side. Last son, Harry, was born in Canada. Harry was my Grandfather. My father, Guelph, grew up in the same house.

We have been trying to find the name and dates of his father. Do you know this? We think this will help in finding other connections to relatives in England. We know of three brothers that taught at Cambridge.

This answers your question anyway. I have more information on paper that I can send you. How are you related?

Please let me know. Let me know your address.

Regards,

Peter Mayor
1040 Rutherford Rd.
RR2 Maple, Ontario. Canada
