Here is a little more information. Not sure if it is significant or not.

It could be that Margaret married James, and that he was a bit older than she. I have a James born in Croston in 1831 which would make him about 20 years older. Not unusual in those times.

Mother: Susan MAYOR

His mother is Susan Mayor, (there is no father listed) and that could mean he was illigitimate.

I have s Susan Mayor in my family who was born September 13, 1879 the daughter of James Mayor and Sarah Leigh. they were married on August 21 1775 in Croston and they were the parents of 6 children.

Susan's brother James is my ancestor, we may be cousins after all.
