The First Virginia Regiment of Foot, 1775-1783, By M. Lee Minnis, Page 304.

I found this doing a google book search. He is a private, he enlisted Feb. 1778 and joined Valley Forge in April, etc...and "june and july found him absent sick at Valley Forge. . ."

I can't cut and paste the blurb because of the data type. You should be able to find it doing a book search on google, and please let me know if I'm wrong.
