Hi Joel and All My Other "Maynard Family" Members...
I was "looking for someone else" and happened to see the notes regarding this family...The boys ("younger ones", of course)in this family were my Dad's bestest best friends, i.e., Brook; Wayne; Cain; etc (Dad was born in 1915, still living at age 92). I just wanted to let all of you know the below-noted are buried in the Silas D. Copley Cemetery, [located on what they now call the "coal-haul" road near Cabwaylingo State Park (Missouri Branch area), Dunlow, Wayne County, West Virginia]. As you probably know, Joel, this is one of my three "family cemeteries" (have Perry family members buried in the Silas D. Copley Cemetery and Copley family members buried in the Solomon Perry Cemetery and, of course, a mixture of all three [Perry; Maynard; Copley, etc., etc.,] is buried at the "huge" Queen's Ridge Cemetery !!
Buried at Silas D. Copley Cemetery are:
MAYNARD, Cain (1854-1908)
MAYNARD, Easter (1856-1924)
MAYNARD, Martin (4/21/1881-3/20/1962)
MAYNARD, Tempie (9/30/1883-6/22/1947)
MAYNARD, Wayne (1917-1978)
Also, Dad and his brothers refer to an area where they used to play/hunt as the "Aunt Easter Field".
