Jack, If your Mainard name has been spelled MYNARD or MAYNARD perhaps you are related to my family. We have a missing Augustos Lavo MYNARD who moved to OK in 1920-30s. He was called Uncle Gus by my family. Only thing my mother can remember was he had a daughter who wrote to him when he was visiting his brother Green H. Mynard in Alto, Cherokee Co,TX. Last year when we had a Mynard reunion there was an old photo of Uncle Frank brought by a relative.I do not have photo but perhaps could get a copy for you to ID. I have more info on family & will be glad to share with you if you are interested.
