HI my name is Rita Houck, I am looking for my fathers ,father...his name was Oscar Mayes , he was from Tenn., I am not sure which part, he did serve in the Army for 20 yrs, he met my grandmother Dora Houck, she had my father Bruce Houck and then becme pregnant again which in delivery resulted in her death and the death of her second child,he may have been from Johnson city Tenn.or surrounding areas, he left my father at the age of 8 with Doras brother Jay Houck and his wife Nettie Houck, they raised my father and we have never met Oscar Mayes, we have heard that he lives still in TENN. and married a school teacher, we are only looking for our family history, my father is a wonderful man,and sometimes wonders about his birth father and his mother,if you have any information,that could lead us to the family of Oscar Mayes please notify me at yrblueangel@yahoo.com...my father is now 65 years old and I hope he could at least learn something about him..thank you all and God Bless..thank you Rita Houck
