Ray

Thanks once again. This is exciting. How can I send you a check to get copies of your information? Where are you located? I live in Southern California.

My husband, Clayton, descends from James son, Thomas Mayes, and his wife, Margaret Huston, son Andrew Mayes and his wife Mary Rutherford. Andrew & Mary had a son, Andrew J. (wife Nancy Oakes) who had a son John L. (wife Susan Randle Daniels) who had a son John Lee (wife Lucy Isabell Meyer), son Robert Pinkard (wife Minnie Ellen Dendy), son Dewey (wife Iva Rose Clayton), my husband, Clayton.

Yes, my Isabells is the one married to Benjamin Sterrett in Pennsylvania. I have no date of their marriage or exact location.

Richard was born abaout 1708, in Ulster Province, Ireland, and died in May of 1742 in Hempfield Township, Lancaster Co, PA.

I hope I receive information from Ireland but am a little doubtful since there were very few records in the 1600's. Rebecca is supposed to be buried in Monagham Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Monagham County, Ireland. I wrote to them once but never received a response. Do you have any contacts there?

As I said in my previous memo, I'll be happy to share my information with you if you wish. Please let me know how to contact you. Thanks again.
