Hope some one can help...Looking for a Willie Bell Mayes,found him in Rutherford co.in 1900-1930,he was born in Tn.maybe Robertson co.Found his Brothers Fletcher and Charlie living with uncle when they were 18 and 16 yrs.old.That would be uncle James E. Mayes in rutherford co.tn in 1900.Problem..can't find Willie's parents,cant even find Willie in 1880 tn.census.He was born in 1879.I guess where-ever they lived,their parents must have died,so thats how they came to thier uncles,although willie was listed in 1900 alone while his brothers were with the uncle and aunt mary.Found their uncle james in 1850 robertson co.tn census but no brothers listed.James was born in 1847.Can be reached at lilnina@comcast.net
