Gathered this when grabbing sources for my wife's side of the family from Mountain City, TN. I do not know who here would want a copy but there it is.

Roger B. May

Roger B. May, age 47, of Mountain City, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2006 at Mountain City Care Center.

Roger was born May 12, 1958 in Banner Elk, NC to Carrie Lee Woodard May and the late Stacy James May. He was employed by Lee’s McRae College for 20 years. Roger was an avid NASCAR fan and loved spending time with his granddaughters and family. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Roger was also preceded in death by grandparents, William and Bonnie May; a sister, Berdie Arlene May and a brother, William Chalmer May.

In addition to his mother, survivors include two daughters, Sandy Branch and husband, William and Tammy Warren and husband, Nathan; sister; Joyce Bryant and husband, Burl; four brothers, Michael May and wife, Ora, Wallie May and wife Shonnie, Spencer May, and Lennie May; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Leighanna Branch and Natalie Lynn Warren, all of Mountain City; special person, Jean McEwen, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 7:45 pm Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the service to follow at 8 pm with Bro. Leonard Fletcher and Bro. Daniel Thomas officiating. Music will be provided by the Fletcher family and Jesse Wilson. Pallbearers will be Ed Moser, Boyd Dunn, Dean Fletcher, Billy Wilson, John Robinson, Jack Warren, Tommy Rhymer, and Daniel McEwen. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. John Whitlock, staff of Lee’s McRae College, staff of Mountain City Care Center, Tom Smith, Dr. Diana Cobble, Dr. Steven Hamel, and Dr. David Yeh. The committal service and interment will be conducted at noon, Wednesday, March 29th at May Cemetery.
