Wow! Thanks, Don. My grandfather was George Otis Maxwell. Basically, all I know about him was his DOB, DOD, cemetery, and that he was a dentist. In 1918, he would have been 21 years old, so being a college student fits. I am guessing that the Alcalde lists him as being from Iola which is in Grimes County, Texas which is where he is buried.
