I am an antique dealer and collector and recently purchased a picture of a large group of people, both men and women. It is dated 9/2/44 and is labeled "Plate Battery Personnel" One of the people listed is "L.W. Mawhinney, USNR" If anyone can help me know more about this picture, I would really appreciate it. I am glad to offer a scan of the picture in return.
