hi, suppose you were talking about maury maverick jr.? i'm not a descedant but a fan. i used to stalk him through mahnke park. he has been my hero for twenty years.he had a collumn in the s.a. sunday paper that i MISS!!! He was a champion, served in the tx. house of reps.did over 300 hrs. of pro bono legal work representng mostly conscientious objectors to the vietnam war...and so much more. he passed away early in feb.
