Papers from the estate of Sam Maverick

I have in my possession a box of "papers," mostly from the estate of Samuel A. Maverick and some of his descendants/relatives like Reagan Houston and others from the San Antonio area. There are a lot of cancelled checks from the "Estate of Samuel Maverick" and signed by the executor, Reagan Houston. There are other various papers relating to the San Antonio and Aransas Pass Railroad, mostly receipts from the purchase of land for the railroad.

If anyone is interested, I'd like to share this stuff. I am not a Maverick relative (as far as I can tell), but I am an avid genealogist and know that someone will find value in these papers.
