Whoops! Accidently posted before finishing.

I was trying to say that John Mauzy, Jr.'s will of 20 Feb 1764 in Fauquier County named brother Peter as executor. This would have been the Peter I have listed as born in 1730. Thus, this Peter was still living in 1764. Don't have a death date for him.

I have a will transcript that names a Peter Mauzy as an executor AND as a witness. I presume these are different people. Can't locate whose will this is in right now, but will post when I find it.
