Seeking any information on Adolph Maurer or his wife Marie Sims Maurer. Adolph was born in Bloomington IL the son of
John (Iowa 1861-1895) AND Louisa Goetz (1865-1917). His mother and father spent their married life in Bloomington.
Adolph was born 1894, his sister Eugenia (1891-1906) and his sister Millie (1889-1979) Adoph went to sea around 1917. We know he was the Chief Yeoman of the Navy Post Office in San Franciso. He married Marie Sims in San Francisco in 1942. He died in 1951. We believe his wife died in 1996. Would like assistance locating possible residences, probate record or know if there were any children. They were Catholic. His funeral was from the Cathedral in San Franciso .
