Looking for information on William Jenkins/Jinkins, born about 1776 in either Rowan or Lincoln county in North Carolina, died in 1845 in Champaign County, Ohio. Married to Catherine Mauney, (1780-1860) daughter of Christian Mauney (1741-1815). William and Catherine were married in 1801 in Lincoln County, North Carolina, and moved to Ohio about 1820.
