hi rebecca,
check "the history of oxfordshire" volume six(6) ploughleys hunderd.
this contains the maund family history of chesterton & oxford england in the 1500s.
also, "history of the prebendal church of the blessed virgin mary of thame" author: f. lee.
this also has extensive reference to the maunds of that period. your library should be able to help.
