maun family tree - celtic connection

I am trying to produce a Celtic link for the family name. My dad's name was originally MAUNE but he dropped the E for some unknown reason. My brother has found a Morrison link and we understand our great grandmother was considered "a brazen Irish Hussy" but can find no link to where in Ireland. We believe it could be Co Mayo but aren't sure. Part of the family (KNEEBONE) originates in Cornwall. Our relatives at the beginning of this century were all Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders with the the family link to PRESLEY.

Can anybody provide a link?
