Seeking info on John Mauldin, b. abt 1712 in Cecil Co., MD M. Jane Goodloe abt 1729 in VA. My research shows that his father is either Thomas Richard Mauldin or Francis Mauldin, both sons of Francis Mauldin, b. 1650 in Norfolk, VA and probably unknown first wife.
I show one of John Mauldin and Jane Goodloe Mauldin's son to be Henry Laban Mauldin, b. 1732 Cecil Co., MD. His wife may have been Hannah.
One of their sons was John Godfrey Mauldin, b. 1765 in NC. He was a sword maker during the Revolution. He had a daughter, Kezzia, b. 1782 who married John Galloway.
Is this correct? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
