A recent search of obituary notices of the older children of William B. Mauldin has revealed that his first wife was Mary L. Atkinson. It is believed that she was the daughter of Aaron A. Atkinson of Pickens Co., SC.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who might have further proof of this, as Aaron Atkinson was my ggggrandfather!!
