I'm afraid not. Her dob would be about right for a child of my John Mattison 1173-1839, but I am certain that she is not. With that date and place she is most likely a dau. of one of John's brothers. The problem is that I don't really know who they all were. I think John was the son of Benjamin Mattison 1750-1829, who moved from Va. to Abbeville SC area probably abt 1790, with some of his children who were born in Va. I hope someday we can find the key to document this family.
