Arthur Feehan Mattingly
Posted by: William Mattingly (ID *****9184) Date: March 12, 2009 at 08:43:43
  of 1992

Arthur Feehan Mattingly was born 4-22-1886 according to various sources. He registered for the World War I draft on September 12, 1918 and stated his full name and date of birth. He said he lived in Loretto, was a self employed farmer, and was married to Mary Florence Mattingly. He could not sign his name and made the mark of "X". He described himself as being of medium height and built with blue eyes and dark hair.

During the census of 1910 and 1920, he was single and living with his parents. Accordingly, I have never found him on any census married. Does anyone know who Mary Florence was and what happened to her?

William Mattingly
