My records indicate the following:

Mary Ann's parents:

* Mary Brown
* Birth
o Oct 1802
o in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA

o 8 Nov 1879
o in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA

Mary Brown's mother was Jane ___________ and her father was born in 1785. Charles Matthias' mother was Mary Stevenson, 1773-1841. I wish I had more ancestor information, but these are my brick walls.

I have two Howard Matthias's. One is William Howard M. born Phila., 11 Dec. 1872, the grandson of Charles (above) and son of Charles (Jr.). His son is Wilson Howard M. born 1900.
