This is my husbands line, any info would be appreciated. The family immigrated from Germany in 1882-84 to Kansas. Johann was in the Prussian army in 1848. Not sure if Dorothea's maiden name was Peper, Peeper or Piper. She went by Elisabeth instead of Dorothea.
