Our DNA matches most of the DNA submitted to the Matteson DNA forum. Please search your family trees for my ancester.
Laban Norton Matteson b. 1812 m. Clarissa Daniels daughter of Johnson Daniels and Rhoda king. They had the following children: 1. Rhoda Clamena 2. Oscar Johnson 3. Martha A.
4. Albert Norton 5. Andrew Laban 6. John King. The girls died very young and the boys all married and had children.
I am decended from Albert Norton Matteson who married Martha Anna Fletcher in Illinois. We have all of our downline just need to go up from Laban Norton Matteson.
On the Matteson USA.Com, I have posted a LOT OF PICTURES
posted in their flikr (sp?) forum. I also posted Laban's down line with dates and land deeds in Vermont. Please review these to see if you have any copies of the same photos. There are a lot of Laban. Thanks to a found cousin in Washington state I have more photos than our down line had. I also put a special recoginition in for Orial Jane Matteson Mahaffey my grandmother who started our family history in 1924. Thanks again Grandmother!!!!
