I was recently going through our family bible and came across a letter to my GG grandmother Hattie Sanders Anlauf from her cousin Barbara McRae. I did some searching and found that Barbara's maiden name was Matlock and she was the daughter of Preston Matlock. My GG grandmother Hattie was the daughter of Julia Ann Matlock, Preston's sister. Anyway, I'm willing to make a copy of this letter for anyone who is interested. The letter discusses the birth of her twin daughters (who were 2 mos. old at the time) as well as the death of her father. There is also a part of a 2nd letter, the first page or 2 are missing from this one but I'll also make a copy of that one for anyone who is interested.
