MRS. LELA ARMSTRONG
Graveside service for Mrs. Lela Mae Owens Armstrong, 76, of Nacogdoches will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Holly Grove Cemetery with Sister Patricia Minton and the Rev. Glenn Matlock officiating.
Mrs. Armstrong died Feb. 4, 1998, in Nacogdoches.
Born May 18, 1921, in Nacogdoches, she was the daughter of Jack Owens and Hattie Matlock.
Surviving are son, Danny Haltom; brothers, Laney Owens and Joe Owens; and sisters, Mrs. Charles Sebren, Mrs. Bonnie Bell and Mrs. Jane Wood, all of Nacogdoches. Also sons, Thomas Haltom of Paris and Marshall Hosea of Porter; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Marshall Hosea.
