Looking for information on Susanna Mathias and Jacob Albright

I am looking for anyone who could help me with information on Susanna Mathias born (16 Apr 1826) who married my ggg grandfather Jacob Albright (born 16 Feb 1817) on 26 Oct 1843 . Both were born in or near Hempfield Township, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania. My gg grandfather is George Albright the son of Susanna and Jacob. My g grandfather is Roy John Albright, and my grandfather is Ira Roy Albright, and my father is Roy Daniel Albright. All were from Pennsylvania.
