I would be interested to hear from anyone who has information on the descendants of Thomas Mathias b Carmarthen Wales UK in 1808 He took he family,wife Margaret nee Williams,children Adah, Zilliah,and Jonah to America as Mormons but left his 18 year old son Jared Mathias behind. Thomas had a son Ephram in America. Jared appears to have changed his name to James Morgans after his family left, he married Susan Jones.
Jared is my Great Great Grandfather.
