William Mathews [Matthews] was born abt 1788 in Kentucky. He married Sarah Taylor d/o of John Taylor. They had at least three children: 1] Joseph Caleb Mathews b.1816-1820 in Kentucky and married Jessie Bosworth, 2] Nimrod Mathews b. abt 1813 in Kentucky married Sarah Watts, 3]Marshall McClanahan 'Mac' Mathews who married Harriet Cox. Would love to have information on the parents of William Mathews b. 1788. Any help in greatly appreciated
