St. Leonard's Garden, Dundalk:
MICHAEL MATHEWS father died January 1860 age 60, CATHERINE mother died June 1877 age 84. Sons JOHN, OWEN died February 1855 age 23. Grandfather JOHN died October 1849 age 76. Grandmother MARY died September 1856 age 92. Uncle OWEN died March 1866 age 60.
(Note: all headstones are leaning against the walls of the garden.)
