I am in possession of a wonderful set of photographs from of this person who was best friends with my father's first cousin, Richard Dale Winters in the Parkersburg-Wheeling WV area in the 1940's. The photos include a high school yearbook photo, a graduation photo, some photos of Larry in the service, and others. I have been given permission by Mr. Winters' estate to forward these photos to eligible family members. Please e-mail me if interested, thanks.
