Researching - John Jerome Mastin (named for his uncle John J. Mastin b. 1830). He was b. 1884, probably in Kansas City, Jackson Co., MO, His father was David C. Mastin, b 1842 in Athens, TN. John was the brother of -- Thomas Allen Jones Mastin, John W. Lewis Mastin, DC Jr and George Wheeler Mastin.
He was located in Leavenworth KS in 1906. John Jerome married and moved to New Mexico. He had two daughters. Illnesses claimed John, wife and oldest daughter within about 18 months. Youngest daughter, Virginia, eventually moved to John Knox ~1980 outside of KCMO.
