Hi Larry,

I do not know if we are searching for the same person or not but I am having the same problems.

My GG Grandfather was John Massey, unk date of birth, born in GA. I know he lived in Banks County GA about 1890 when his daughter, my GGrandmother (Clara Montine Massey Grant), was born. This information is sourced from my GGrandmother's death Certificate.

Depending on the time-frame Banks County came from Franklin County so I have been searching in both counties. During this search the same information as you posted...Octavia and Tessie keep coming up but unsure if it is my family.

I would like to e-mail you directly and maybe we have a family connection or with our searches we may have information to share.
