I'm trying to locate my Great Grandparents. They are Robert Massey and Katie Harrell. I was told that Katie may be full-blooded Choctow but I can't prove that. My uncle says she was an Indian princess.
My grandmother was Rosie Mae Massie born 19 January 1899 in Hampton, Calhoun co, Arkansas. They lived in the Locus Bayou area. I do not have access to a census and will check at the library. If anyone can help me or has any knowledge of this couple, I would greatly appreciate it!
