Can't get book, looking for Jesse (J.E.)

Pretty amazing. Just started and I've found my mother's Massengale family (I think) in Sabine County, Texas. BUT I am stumped by her father, Jesse, or J.E. Massengale who married Emma Clark. Her family was originally from Sabine County, Texas, but moved by 1850 to Stephenville, Texas in Erath County. Any information on who Jesse Massengale's parents were,Jesse's date of birth or state (county) of origin would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
