I have a Dorcas in my family history:
Dorcas Mason b. Aug 12 1695 in Medway, Massachusetts
died July 3, 1778.
We have her listed as marrying Jonathan Adams in 1717.
Jonathan was the son of Jonathan Adams and Mary Ellis.

Dorcas and Jonathan had the following children:
Silas b 1728
Lydia b 1731
Kezia b 1725
Dorcas b 1717
Jonathan b 1737
Mary b 1722
Isaac b 1719
Joel b 1733

Dorcas Adams b 1717 is listed as having married a John Fisher of Medfield Mass
