Hi Vickey.

I am most grateful for your assistence. The reason why l chose John Maskell born in 1809 is because he died in 1893 in Goole, Yorkshire and the age given was 84 and that checks out. Also his wife Rachel nee Thompson also died in Goole. Their son Thompson Maskell died in 1881 in Goole as well but l still am stuck on poor old Robert Maskell as l have checked the shipping records and found no sight of him arriving. Oh well the search continues. Again thanks for your help.

Ernest.
