Mrs. MAUDE E. PETRAY
Funeral services for Mrs. MAUDE E. PETRAY will be Friday morning at the Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. RON CHILDERS, pastor, officiating and burial will be at Graham cemetery.
MAUDE E. MASH was born at Ink, Shannon County, Missouri on February 23, 1888 and moved with her parents to Graham in 1906. She married L. J. “JACK” PETRAY on March 17, 1907. All her adult life was spent at Graham, Fox and Healdton areas. She was a charter member of the Fox Baptist Church and a charter member of the Bethel Baptist Church. Her husband preceded her in death. She passed away Tuesday morning in a Healdton nursing home after an extended illness.
She is survived by five daughters, MRS. VERNA CARSON of Oklahoma City, MRS. IRENE FIEDLER of Kilgore, Texas, MRS. RUTH FLETCHER of Kokamo, Indiana, MRS. RAY WHEELUS of Fairfield, California, and MRS. NEVA WOULFE of Healdton; two sons, ERNEST W. PETRAY of Odin, Illinois and MARVIN E. PETRAY of Buena Park, California, 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of the Reser Funeral Home.
