I am seeking information on Bernard MARX (aka, Bernard MARKS) who was born in Wisconsin and who lived in Dodge and Washington Counties in Wisconsin.

Bernard's father was Joesph MARX, and was believed to be a Lutheran Germman. His son, Bernard married Evelyn BRAATZ and they had several children (living).

Bernard was employed for a time at the John Deere factory in Horicon, Dodge Co., Wisconsin before being drafted near the end of World War Two (WWII). He was transported to California for intake and basic training where he became ill and was returned to the Milwaukee, WI Veterans Hospital where he died. He was buried near his father's home in or near Hartford, Washington Co., Wisconsin.

Anyone with information about this family is welcome to contact me and compare notes and share research.

David Bradford
