Does anyone know if Peter and Margaretha Marx's daughter Anna married Christian Gottfried Schurz around 1881? They are my great grandparents. My Anna Marx is Anna Marie whose tombstone say she was born April 22, 1860. My uncle once told me that her parents were Peter and Margaretha Marx and they were from Esch, Luxembourg. I saw this family listed in Iowa on the 1870 census and am trying to confirm if these could be my ancestors.
