She was born on September 3, 1923 to Manuel and Gertrude Martínez in Taos. She is preceded in death by her parents, four sons; Ronald, Richard, Carl, and Chris Romero, one daughter Rachael Romero, eight brothers and eleven sisters. Griselda is survived by eight sons; Antonio, Steve, Robert, Gil, Albert, Danny, Art and Jon Romero, three daughters; Michelle, Sylvia and Cindy Romero, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and greatgreat grandchildren.
We would like to thank Mountain Home Health Care and their staff and the Hospice volunteers. A Memorial service will be held at Potter House Church in Taos on Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 10:30 AM. A Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Taos on Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
The Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Taos on Monday, December 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Arrangements were made with Weylen's Funeral Home of Questa, NM
