Mary Martindale b abt 1816 in alabama. The brother of a Thomas J Martindale who's will came be found in Tippah County in 1881. She first married a Ferguson/Farguson and then a Dial, which we believe was Riley Dial. The following was give to me by another researcher who obtained it from a Martindale site (??). Children of Jackson and Mary Black Martindale:
